Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Ti Project Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Tax Gate

While you can begin earning commissions immediately upon approval into the affiliate program, no funds will be disbursed until a valid W-9 form is uploaded and verified by our team. It is your responsibility to ensure your tax information is accurate and up to date.

2. Payout Terms & Thresholds

Commissions are paid on the 1st of every month for the previous month's finalized sales. Your account balance must reach a minimum threshold of $50 to trigger a payout. If your balance is below $50, it will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.

3. The Non-Stacking Rule

Affiliate commissions are calculated after all other discounts are applied to an order. Furthermore, retail affiliate promo codes cannot be combined with bulk/wholesale tier pricing.

4. Brand Protection (Anti-Spam)

To protect the Ti Project brand reputation, affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid advertisements (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) using the "Ti Project" brand name or any variations thereof. Additionally, you may not use spam email tactics, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices to distribute your promo code. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

5. General Terms

Ti Project reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program rules at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion if we determine that the affiliate's actions are harmful to our brand or violate these terms.
